Grow faster, grow Agile
Every project or company starts with an idea that needs to be developed as quickly as possible to address a given problem. This programme aims to stimulate a creative work environment and effective production routines for teams operating in dynamic environments, whilst keeping in mind customer’s requirements.
Procedures must neither obfuscate clarity of objectives at each stage of development nor lead to exceeding deadlines and costs. Behavioural, organisational and planning issues are at stake here. Everything must be carried out in a comprehensive approach to achieve the desired result.
In an Agile context, changes may happen until the last sprint. But this cannot be used to justify a toxic and chaotic environment, where employees are victims of lack of planning and bad leadership. This ends up creating burnout situations, low productivity and increased human and material costs of the whole development process.

Agile development has several pitfalls that should be avoided. The first of these is due to the fact that, as the planning is always open to future adjustments, effort on the quality of initial specifications may be diminished. But there are more: some we will address in this training are, among others:

Every project or company starts with an idea that must be developed in line with a problem it intends to solve. This programme aims to respond to the need to implement a working method for teams that operate in dynamic environments, creating products in an innovative, agile and flexible manner.
? Teams who need to develop products in unstable contexts and improve their working methods, so to execute them more efficiently and adapted to requirements, without compromising deadlines and costs.
? Senior managers who want to strengthen their leadership in terms of innovation and increase their ability to implement more adjusted to customers products and services in their organisations.
? Team leaders and managers who want to develop and integrate cutting-edge creative practices into their business processes and culture.
The course contains two approches: behavioural and managerial. The training is given online, in small groups so that there can be a better integration of each trainee and to provide a more personalized interaction with participants. Several support materials will be provided.
This course length is 24 hours, in daily sessions of two hours each. Participants are limited to 12 per group. There are two classes, one from 10 am to 12 pm [CVAG1-A] and another from 6 pm to 8 pm [CVAG1-B] (UTC/GMT time).

Questions & Answers
How it works
The course runs entirely online through Zoom. Only people registered are admitted to the room. The timetables are as stated above. The number of participants per session is limited to 12.
The course is given in Portuguese and does not require any special prior training.
A certificate of participation will be given to all attendants who complete the whole course.
Payment
Payments are made according to the options described in the table below. They are available by credit card or bank transfer. Card payments are executed over a secure SSL encrypted connection and no recording of your card details is made by us.
Attendees who are already registered on the site have a discount on the price (last line of the table). This discount is only valid for one-off payments.
Prices exclude VAT (where applicable). If you need an invoice with a tax number, please fill in the form that will show up after your registration with your billing details.
Deadlines and cancellation
Pre-registrations don’t need cancelation and don’t require any payment. The final registration deadline is the week before the course starts. Cancellations of attendees who already paid for the course must be made in writing through our contact form. For a cancellation more than four weeks before the event, a processing fee of 50.00 ? plus VAT is due immediately. The remaining value after deduction of the processing fee will be refunded. For a cancellation less than four weeks before the event, 50% of the price plus the processing fee have to be paid. In case of a no show or cancellation within a period of one week before the event, the full pay for the event plus VAT is due and payable. We accept substitute attendees at no additional cost replacing the originally registered participant.
If the event has to be cancelled for reasons beyond the participant’s control, he/she will be refunded in proportion to the sessions not made available.
